At Meermin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes do not fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all dust bags and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our workshop inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
